“The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high.” (Isaiah 33:5)
Thanks for joining us online today to worship Jesus! Did you know that we have two in-person services now?? Yes! We are going to have two worship services at Calvary Summitview! Scroll down to read more.
The first service will be at 9:00 am. 9:00 am! Say it with me: 9:00 am! This will be outdoors in our parking lot. We will have both a speaker system for people who want to bring their own chairs and sit outside, as well as the FM transmitter for those who are more comfortable or who out of necessity need to remain in their car. While still following practices of social distance, we will be able to worship together in and out of cars in our paking lot! 9:00 am!!!
The second service will be at 10:30 am in our sanctuary. This will be an unplugged worship service that is the same content as the 9:00.
Whichever you choose attend do, we are behind you and we can’t wait to worship our Triune God together!
We will do a Facebook live of our 10:30 service. You can see that link below!
If you have questions or would like to connect with a pastor, reach out to one of them here.
Worship Through the Reading of God’s Word:
Philippians 2:5-11
5 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, 6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Song Lyrics for Today
Exalted Over All – #7065022
And set your heart upon the cross,
We’ll never know the sacrifice You’ve made.
For all our sin and all our shame,
You took the nails, You took our place,
No one else could do what You have done.
One name is stronger.
Than any grave, than any throne,
Christ exalted over all.
You rose again and brought us life.
You’re reigning now, the Savior of the world.
You’re reigning now, the Savior of the world.
One name is stronger.
Than any grave, than any throne,
Christ exalted over all.
The only Savior, Jesus Messiah.
To You alone our praise belongs,
Christ exalted over all.
We’ll sing your praise,
We’ll sing your praise forever.
We lift your name,
We lift your name,
Jesus over all.
One name is stronger.
Than any grave, than any throne,
Christ exalted over all.
The only Savior, Jesus Messiah.
To You alone our praise belongs,
Christ exalted over all.
“All Glory Be To Christ”, Dustin Kensrue – #7008232
No legacy survive
Unless the Lord does raise the house
In vain its builders strive
Tell me what is your life
A mist that vanishes at dawn
All glory be to Christ!
All glory be to Christ!
His rule and reign will ever sing
All glory be to Christ!
On earth as is above
Who is Himself our daily bread
Praise Him the Lord of love
We’ll take a cup of kindness yet
All glory be to Christ!
All glory be to Christ!
His rule and reign will ever sing
All glory be to Christ!
The faithful and the true
The Lamb who was for sinners slain
Is making all things new
And be our steadfast light
And we shall ere his people be
All glory be to Christ!
All glory be to Christ!
His rule and reign will ever sing
All glory be to Christ!
“Yet Not I, But Through Christ in Me”, CityAlight – #7121852
There is no more for heaven now to give
He is my joy, my righteousness, and freedom
My steadfast love, my deep and boundless peace
For my life is wholly bound to his
Oh how strange and divine, I can sing: all is mine!
Yet not I, but through Christ in me
For by my side, the Saviour He will stay
I labour on in weakness and rejoicing
For in my need, His power is displayed
Through the deepest valley He will lead
Oh the night has been won, and I shall overcome!
Yet not I, but through Christ in me
The future sure, the price it has been paid
For Jesus bled and suffered for my pardon
And He was raised to overthrow the grave
Jesus now and ever is my plea
Oh the chains are released, I can sing: I am free!
Yet not I, but through Christ in me
For He has said that He will bring me home
And day by day I know He will renew me
Until I stand with joy before the throne
All the glory evermore to Him
When the race is complete, still my lips shall repeat:
Yet not I, but through Christ in me!
All the glory evermore to Him
When the race is complete, still my lips shall repeat:
Yet not I, but through Christ in me!
When the race is complete, still my lips shall repeat:
Yet not I, but through Christ in me!
Yet not I, but through Christ in me!
Yet not I, but through Christ in me!
